Review: I purchased a rebuilt motor on 05/02/2015 for my 2000 Subaru Impreza 2.5rs. Two months after purchasing this motor I returned my core to get refunded the 200 dollar core fee they charged me. When I went to return my core they explained to me that only their manager could refund my money. They said they called him and said I can leave my core with them so that way I wouldn't have to drive back to the store again. They took down my credit card information to return my 200 dollars which I never received from them. This was not my only issue with them. A month after that I started having problems with the motor they sold me. I went back to their store to explain the problems I started having with it and they told they had switched ownership of the buiseness. They also told me eleven other people had came in with similar issues with their motors. He explained to me my problem would be solved and it was up to me whether I wanted a replacement or my refund. He said he would have to get ahold of the old owner to get my refund and that he would contact me back within 1-2 weeks. He explained I shouldn't worry and that all eleven people who came back with complaints had been resolved already and it won't be any problem. I then told him about my 200 dollar core refund issue and he said I would get refunded that too. A month had gone by before I called back because I never heard from them. He said he still hasnt heard back from the previous owner and said the same thing to me. That I would hear from him in 1-2 weeks. I never heard back from them once. I decided to call them the day before my six month warranty expired to tell them I never heard back from them and that my warranty is about to expire. When I explained to him my issue again he told me that he thought the old owner had contacted me. He said the reason they didn't call me back was because he figured so much time had gone by and I never called, and that the old owner contacted me. Although he promised me he would call me back.Desired Settlement: I want my refund on the motor and core charge. I don't want to do any other business with these people. Their customer service is horrible and they obviously just don't care. I have already purchased a new motor for my car.
