I finally found my dream car too bad it was at stolman very helpful people until you finally purchase the cari miss my old car by the wayKeilan P [redacted] gave the biggest impression that he cared and would help with anything I neededI called him on several occasions and left two voicemails separate days still and haven't heard backMy sales guy (Doug) was in the same boat he has yet to help me with anything ,my second pair of paper tags first one was days from expiring Who help me my financial manager and my Front end alignment he promised me from the first day I test drove the carThe only one person in that building to help me was anson lee Sam he returned my calls even when all the Financial paperwork was done withI had an agreement with Doug stating that I would be getting an front alignment done he told me to call a couple days in advanceDoug told me that he would pick up the car from my girlfriends job and get the front alignment taken care ofHe did not show up show to pick the vehicleHe failed to follow up with me about the service not being done todayI honestly feel like after the purchase of the vehicle I was no longer a priority

He failed to follow up with me about the service not being done today. I honestly feel like after the purchase of the vehicle I was no longer a priority.

The client asked to see if she would qualify for financing on an automobile. As we are not a lender we informed her we would need a credit application...

to submit to the banks to see if we could qualify herfor a loan.Unfortunately the application was not approved.
Several weeks later she approached us to tell us the same as in your complaint. It would be next to impossible for her to believe she did not know we were submitting her application to our lender partners. She executed the credit application, Attached - portions redacted for privacy. Further, our finance manager sat with her to complete "red Flags" questions, attached.
We also submit to you that this same customer called us later the same day to see if she was approved. See attached record from our CRM.
We checked with at least one lender partner and unfortunately are unable to "recall" an application per her request.

Dear Miss  [redacted]
I was so busy with family issues emergency hospitals and funeral,  I lost my dad, today my younger sister is in hospital for cancer surgery.. Of course my employment life..  According what I lately read all messages and emails, how they faked and force me to be customer kind of ridiculous, but I don't have time for greedy non professional demonic Power.  I and my son just window shop and ask how does it work in USA,  my first time to purchase MYSELF without any friend guidance.  Taking advantage of weak people, they think.  It is not FAIR, misusing our private information and spreading out for their benefits  (commissions)..  We talked ONLY for credit check, nothing else with my son as witness. Abusing our  credit records, by the way my son is a new comer, how far is the credit check on him... I can now buy a brand new car, if I decide, but NEVER from Subaru, with lack of great customer service.
 
I know very much, how and when ask for money, it is my private business,  they are never eligible to advocate me, for their OWN selfish benefits
