Justin (Sublime) agreed to provide advertising materials in April. He collected funds ($675) for art work, design, and printing and never delivered.
April 25, 2019 I contacted Justin about an add he was running on social media for graphic design and printing of a complete marketing packet. We spoke that day. May 1st I received a text message asking that we continue discussing my needs. We spoke that day. May 2nd, I sent him pictures and samples of what I needed via text and email. He was to start the work then. He did not and communicated with me via text. On May 28th I sent him an email and text indicating I was getting nervous as my event was quickly approaching, he has received funds for the project, and we were several days beyond the 7-10 day window he promised. He indicated (in writing) "...please don't get nervous. I got you covered!" June 1st I had not received anything and messaged him again. He claimed to had emailed the proofs for several days. I followed up daily. On June 12 he responded and said he was just sending it because he needed to make an adjustment. Messages were sent to him continuously until July 8th when he responded apologizing indicating there was a problem with the printer and he would follow up and get it out that day. I called him continuously between July 8th and 18th. No response. I messaged again on the July 18th. I asked then for a refund. I contacted him again on July 19th and finally told him on the 19th I would be posting a review on the ad he was running on social media and I did. I called him continuously and sent messages. He responded July 24th indicating he had missed my call and would call me in a moment "Hey there Dr. ***. Give me just a sec. Will call you right back." He did not call or answer my calls. I requested a refund again August 2nd, 17th, 23, and September 5th as he had not called, responded to messages, or text in over a month. Sept 6 he said he was sending everything over by 4 pm. He indicated he had an issue because of file size as well as a family emergency. Throughout this process he shared with me excuses such as his office caught on fire, the computer repair person lost his computer with files on it, his wife is sick and he left his computer in the hospital, the printer lost the files, the printer "messed up the files", and he had to start over because the file was corrupted in the fire. I called him on the 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, and 11th and sent a message to him on September 11 as he never sent the files. He called and shared (September 16) saying the materials were shipped from the printer and would be in my hands in 3 days. They never arrived. I have called, texted, emailed, and requested a refund (in text, email, and via cash app) multiple times. I sent messages and called September 20, 22, 28, October 10, 18, 30. He is no longer taking calls or responding to electronic communication. My last call was today (November 6, 2019) . All correspondence, call logs, and cash app/pay pal receipts are available.

Desired Outcome

I would like to have my products sent to me as outlined in our agreement or a refund, in full, for the money I paid for his services and products. I also want to warn other consumers as he is continuing to advertise and take money for services.

Consumer indicated they have heard from the company, but the issue has not been resolved. Comments follow below:
Justin sent me an email with a print file and indicated he would call me that afternoon. That has been almost two weeks ago. No call nor have I received my products or a refund.

On June 27th I had ordered a trade show package from Sublime Graphics, which included two retractable banners, table cloth, and a table top retractable. Spoke with Justin Kess about what I wanted and at that time, paid him $175 via paypal for the design. He came up with a graphic, I approved the design, at that time I paid an additional $175 to have the items printed. He assured me that it was going to be a 7-10 business day turn around. A month goes by and nothing is received. I am constantly trying to reach out and call Justin but he does not return my phone calls. Every time that he does pick up the phone, he gives me excuse after excuse as to why he isn't able to deliver my items to me. It is now August 20th and I do not have my items, he will not respond to any email, text, or phone calls.

At this point I just want a full refund. I am writing this to warn any other small business owners out there to avoid this business at all costs.

I placed an order and haven't received my product nor a refund. The owner is not responding.
I placed a trade show package order with Justin Kess on June 5, 2019. He quoted a 7-10 day turnaround w/unlimited revisions. He has promised an innumerable amount of dates of delivery but I cve only received the initial draft/design. Not one revision, no files, no printwork and now, he won't even answer or respond to texts. He required a $150 or $175 deposit and I submitted $200. I reqiested that he just send what was already complete and he won't send that either. I don't understand because that is the easiest solution, least loss for him and most loss for me. I have been uber patient with him, considering it is July 27, 2019 unless his intention is to be a crook. I liked the work presented on June 13, 2019 but there has been nothing else to view and he won't send the initial file nor the money. Something HAS to be delivered, product or money, to resolve this issue. I have lost money for shows that I paid for, in lieu of having the trade show package within the 7-10 day turnaround time which he confirmed and knew the importance of because I initially also requested the 24 hour turnaround which was not available at the time. I really want the job completed but if he can't deliver. I DESERVE MY MONEY BACK!

I want the work completed and I feel that much is at least, deserved and owed. If he doesn't want to complete the job, return my money.

I ordered and paid for several items and business cards, paid in full and have yet to receive my products or a refund.
On January 5, 2019, I paid Sublime Graphics and Print $75 for a Custom Logo Design and a 2' x 6'Custom Table Cover with Design Included for Big's Blinging Boutique. That was the initial deposit paid through *** to Olantunji *** The Logo Design Package Includes: (3) Custom Logo Design Samples , Unlimited Revisions, All Files Delivered with Transparent Backgrounds, 3-5 Business Day Turnaround.

I later added Custom Business Cards 500 QTY - Full Color Front + Back + Printing and Shipping. I paid the balance of $150 on April 1, 2019.

I have been emailing and calling Justin *** the entire five months and he has been giving me excuse after excuse. I have not received my merchandise as of today.

The *** transaction numbers are:
3AXXXXXXGXXXXXXXW on January 5, 2019 for $75.00 and XXXXXXXXXYXXXXXXR on April 1, 2019 for $150.00.

I also have numerous emails received from Justin Kess from his email address:

Desired Outcome

I was extremely excited about the merchandise I ordered and paid for and I would love to have it. However, I have lost all trust in this company and just want ALL of my money back!

I contacted Sublime Graphics and Print to purchase a Tradeshow Package for my non-profit organization on June 5, 2018 through their website at*** I specifically stated that I needed the package by July 31, 2018. I paid the company 1/2 of the package price on Friday June 8, 2018 in order to get the design started, which was $162.50 out of a total package price of $325. *** was delayed in getting the design to me, which took until July 26, 2018 for me to receive it. Once I finally received the design after multiple text messages and phone calls to *** and multiple email attempts to ***, he asked for the other 1/2 of the payment of $162.50, which brought the Tradeshow package total to $325. I submitted revision requests to the design on Wednesday August 15th. He finally made the design corrections for me. I was told that it would be 2-5 business days for printing/processing and 2-day shipping of FedEx/UPS. After he corrected the design to my liking, the remaining $162.50 was sent to him on August 19, 2018. The website states "Turnaround time begins when the proof is approved." There was no professional invoicing, I was asked to submit payments through Zelle to an email address of *** Several emails and phone calls were made without response. Whenever I did reach him via phone, I received multiple excuses regarding why the product was delayed. I was told they use a printing company in Arizona and has had delay issues. It is now October 9, 2018 and I still have yet to receive the products that I paid for and my launch even for my non-profit is on Oct 14, 2018. I would like my products delivered as promised or if not, I am requesting a refund.

Desired Outcome

Refund I am requesting delivery of my package items with design per my approval of 2 pop-up retractable banners, 1 tabletop banner, a 2'x6' table cloth, and poster all with shipping included in the next 7-14 days. If not, refund for the $325 is requested.

I am NOT pleased with the lack of professionalism and lack of integrity from Sublime Graphics & Print. I paid $149 special price to have my company logo redesigned. I was told that it would take 7-10 days to complete but I would be emailed a first draft for my review with a couple of days. After a week, I sent an email inquiring about the status because I need the logo to finish my website design. I did not get a response. The next day, I called, texted the number that called me previously, and no response. The following evening I sent another email requesting the logo or a refund. I received a phone call the following morning apologizing for the delay and stating that my logo is complete and would be emailed to me for review within minutes. No email received so I sent an email asking was it an oversight and to please provide the logo. No response to my email so I called again and it has now been another week with no response. I sent one final email requesting a refund. I have to pay another company to redo my logo so I can move forward with other projects. I want my money refunded and to warn others of my experience.

Refund I would like my $149 refunded for failure to provide the service they were paid to do.

I requested a design in October and now its January and I'm still waiting.
I gave them $100 in October for a design. They said it only takes 24-48 hours and it took them a month to even respond to me. I sent several emails and he ignored me. He finally called me and said he would have the design in 24 hours. On 11/20/17 he finally sent me the logo. The website says they do unlimited revisions. On 12/20/17 I was not happy with what he gave me so I asked him to change it. 12/21/17 he said he would send the revisions in 24 hours. 1/8/18 I still had not received my revised logo so I sent him an email. He ignored my emails and now it is 1/12/18. He refuses to give me a logo or give me a refund.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund because they kept telling me that it would only take 24 hours for them to get back to me and now its 3 months later. They ignored my emails
