Our products are carefully developed to help lawns flourish and to stay weed free. Customers who sign up for our full program see these results. This customer refused to sign up for a complete program, which impacted the effects of the products. We never had a contract with this
customer, or any customer, so it is impossible for us to have broken a contract. When our company acquired the northern territory there was some confusion about the boundary lines. We realized recently that *** *** is not in our serviceable area; we can face steep fines for treating outside of our boundaries. In regards to our lack of communication, we are a very small company. This customer always wanted to speak to the manager who is often times not in the office. The manager often ended up playing phone tag with the customer. I am rejecting this response because: Again, the poor management shows through by letting a Office Manager [redacted] respond to a very serious problem. She doesnt realize that a verbal contract is as binding as a written one as in this case where the Operations Manger [redacted] came to my house and decided what my lawn needed and how He and his company would proceed. This happened for three years prior to destroying my lawn. The reason I called [redacted] because he told me to use him as a contact (which I have emails stating everything). They're trying to run a home building, lawn and Christmas hanging bussinesses all at once, and from what I understand not doing very well at any of these. You can't destroy a yard and then say I don't want to fix it so I'll just drop you as a customer. Other [redacted] customers are having and had the same problems (One lives right across the street).
