Complaint [redacted] We are again rejecting this response because:1.) Requested that SSI provide a copy of the written instructions SSI has received from the Pearl Two AOAO’s Attorney that SSI is referring to and as noted is followingWhiteSince SSI did not provide in their response requested written instructions SSI has received from the Pearl Two AOAO’s Attorney that SSI is referring to and as noted is followingGather there’s no truth to SSI’s statement to be following written instructions SSI has received from the Pearl Two AOAO’s Attorney that SSI is referring to and as noted is following 2.) SSI still is refusing to respond to my request concerning verification of my billed KwH usage from 6/28/to present on SSI’s mainframe, so I may verify the meter readings he remotely took of the Intellimeter Model A-Electric Meter, that we were used for billing purposesSimply stating “The data requested has already been supplied to my customer - the AOAO management, How can I be held responsible for how they choose to respondAll of the data we have has already been furnished to my client ” SSI needs to be more specific and identify the AOAO Management Individuals by name to whom he supplied the information to, so we can contact Anne Anderson AOAO Attorney and request immediate access to this information, again if this is a true statement 3.) SSI still is refusing to supply copies of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or Factory Authorized Certification which authorize Duffy Wright/SSI as an OEM / Factory Certified Authorized Dealer, Installer, Maintainer, Monitor, Administrator, Trouble-Shooter, Inspector, Tester and Commissioner for Operation of the Submeter Systems purchased by his clients He has Installations in the state of Hawaii and our property manager is experiencing the same dilemma with SSI at another condo complex he managesWe are not alone his only victim, they are others in our building and other of installations that are being victimized by his kWh overbilling scheme 4.) “was threatening and extremely verbally abusive” did Duffy Wright file a police report? Duffy Wright did not provide a Police Report to support his allegationsPlease review the Audio/ Video Recording of the Inspection we made available to the Revdex.com at the following Link https://www.hawaii.edu/filedrop/dl/qnDKR-PSqQx-hzgUu-ooinV/ 5.) “note that we have conducted around 3,tests like the one we tried for this owner and not one of them was remotely as difficult as this one” As a matter of fact as previously stated in this complaint (2) two not (1) one tests were conducted first one on June 1, and the second test on August 25, the results of which have been already documented in this complaintWe especially appreciate how on August 25, the Intellimeter Electricity Meter had the same meter reading as it did the day before when it was read by SSI for the monthly billing meter reading of Something is wrong with that, which Duffy Wright/SSI continues not to addressNor does SSI address their unwillingness to have complete inspection of the entire Intellimeter Model A-Electric Meter installation, wiring and component’s conducted by a State Licensed and Registered Electrician after our Electrician discovered the loose Black Power Line connection from the electrical panel to the Intellimeter Electric Meter, photo previously submittedWe request Duffy Wright/SSI provide us with a hard copy of the two (2) Test Reports with all the test results of our Intellimeter Meter Model A-he took on 6/1/and 8/25/2017, along with a sampling of the other Test Reports he has on filePer Duffy Wright 6/1/2017, his lap top does not save test results, ergo the Test Reports don’t exist and another example of a fictional account of eventsOur Electrician has a “Monitor Recording Device” that on June 1, he suggested to Duffy Wright he could plug into our Intellimeter Meter that would record for four days the actual metered usage, of course Duffy Wright was not receptive to the idea and therefore we installed our meter and he really does not like that at all 6.) We cannot accept Duffy Wright’s SSI latest response, he does not address the issues of our complaint, nor provides OEM / Factory Certifications and Authorizations to perform the work he does, not just a lot of rhetoric, conjecture, laced with character assassination, fictional accounts and no hard facts, figures, documents and supporting dataCondo Owners need to be aware of the pitfalls of Third Party Submetering Companies like SSI their antics, lack of business ethics, misconduct and general dishonest behavior Sincerely, Lawrence DiStefano & Susan Korus
