I have inspected all the paper work for the Subaru Outback WA plate ***Mr *** initialed a paper estimate for the replacement of a USED engine and battery, battery cable set and positive cable end, $plus/minus it does not say tax includedThe invoice was completed
incorrectly and Mr*** was over charged for the engine replacement with towing, battery, battery cable set and positive cable end.Mr*** states that he did not authorize the transmission fluid flush and the brake fluid flush these items total $I have spoken with the employee that did the paper work who worked the office that day. Shes states that Mr*** did authorize those repairs.I am not going to argue this event I will refund Mr*** his requested $that he states he was over charge The check will not be issued until Wednesday 10-4-17, and mailed on 10-5-as that is my next time in the office.
