September 29, 2017 To whom it may concern [redacted] was towed to Suburban Collision on August 02, 2017. On August 08, 2017 [redacted] came out and wrote an estimate For $7309-03 on their [redacted], parts were ordered on August 10, 2017 and...

vehicle was started on approximately August 17, 2017 as the majority of the parts were in. During the course of repairs Suburban Collision Found additional damage on the [redacted], parts, labor and materials that [redacted] missed. Suburban Collision wrote a supplement so that [redacted] could pay for additional repairs. On August 26, 2017 Suburban Collision emailed a supplement for additional repairs to [redacted] On August 29, 2017 Suburban Collision called [redacted] about the supplement and Suburban was told by an inside claims person that [redacted] no longer uses [redacted] We were given a new email address to send the supplement to. On the [redacted] estimates [redacted] has printed "send all supplements to [redacted]. [redacted] Insurance would not review our supplement as other insurance companies do, Suburban Collision was told that [redacted] adjusters would have to see the vehicle. On September 11, 2017 an adjuster from [redacted] Insurance wrote a supplement for $4195.61. The reason it took so long to come out to look at the vehicle was that [redacted] laid off or fired the majority or their adjusters to save money. The original [redacted] adjustor was brought up from Alabama, he mentioned to Suburban that he was flown up to help out because they have no help. Suburban continued working on the [redacted], additional parts had to be ordered and some were on back order. Suburban Collision gave [redacted] a vehicle at no charge. Suburban Collision delivered the [redacted] completed to [redacted] on September 21, 2017.For the $11,504.64 of repairs to the [redacted] Suburban Collision was in the approximate number or days to repair the vehicle. Ten to twelve days were held up by [redacted] Insurance. Thank you Craig N[redacted]
