We regret our customer's unfavorable experience, and agree that the "inside mount" window visors he purchased came loose and did not meet either of our expectations. They look great when they work, but unfortunately, they have a much higher return rate than the original "outside mount" visors. For...

this reason, we share our experiences with our customers, and let them know that when they choose the "inside mount" visors, they are choosing form over function. It's reasonable to believe that our customer understood this, because he purchased the same brand and model of window visors from us for his 2008 Civic in December 2010, and had to return in August of 2011 to have us reinstall a loose visor. We performed the work at no charge, and were able to resolve the issue to our mutual satisfaction. Unfortunately, this time we were not able to reinstall the part to our customer's satisfaction, and he left with the issue unresolved. We have a very fair return policy, so upon receiving his return request through the Revdex.com, we called him directly, and invited him to return the product for a full refund. On 05-15-15 the customer came in for a full refund for the parts and labor. We regret that we were unable to meet his expectations. We are a long-established local business with deep ties to our community, and although it's not possible to satisfy every customer in every situation, we strive to be fair and reasonable in every situation.
