We regret our customer's unfavorable experience, and agree that the "inside mount" window visors he purchased came loose and did not meet either of our expectationsThey look great when they work, but unfortunately, they have a much higher return rate than the original "outside mount" visorsFor this reason, we share our experiences with our customers, and let them know that when they choose the "inside mount" visors, they are choosing form over functionIt's reasonable to believe that our customer understood this, because he purchased the same brand and model of window visors from us for his Civic in December 2010, and had to return in August of to have us reinstall a loose visorWe performed the work at no charge, and were able to resolve the issue to our mutual satisfactionUnfortunately, this time we were not able to reinstall the part to our customer's satisfaction, and he left with the issue unresolvedWe have a very fair return policy, so upon receiving his return request through the Revdex.com, we called him directly, and invited him to return the product for a full refundOn 05-15-the customer came in for a full refund for the parts and laborWe regret that we were unable to meet his expectationsWe are a long-established local business with deep ties to our community, and although it's not possible to satisfy every customer in every situation, we strive to be fair and reasonable in every situation
