In response to [redacted] claim on missing parts, I have been in contact with Ms. [redacted] telling her we have no extra parts. All of the parts were given to the tow truck company who picked it up on August 4th. She states that...

[redacted] picked her vehicle up here but they said they did not pick up the vehicle here. I have talked to their dispatcher twice and he states they did not pick up from Suburban, However, he said they picked up from Ms. [redacted] house and dropped to [redacted]. I told Ms.[redacted] to contact whatever tow company she hired to pick vehicle up from Suburban and dropped at her house. All parts were given to that driver as we have no use for them.

This matter is not resolved. Mr. Marrs lied in response to the towing company not picking up the vehicle from his shop. I sent him a copy of the receipt and also spoke with the tow driver. When he answered this complaint he was well aware that the tow company did pick up my vehicle, the core, bolts, and transmission was missing. He did not provide the driver or myself with an inventory of the parts. The vehicle can still not be repaired because a core must be returned to the dealer. I have been without my car for 6 months. I had to buy a brand new transmission because Chevy Suburban did not return the parts, however I still cannot get my vehicle until a core is returned. Mr. marrs wants to blame the towing company. However, I have a statement from the driver, no lose or additional parts were received from Suburban. And Suburban does not have an inventory to prove this. I sent my car to them in tack. Paid 670 plus dollars to diagnosis vehicle and they returned it to me in pieces, and with a significant amount of parts missing....I still cannot get my car repaired due to their negligence and Mr. Marrs, general manager has been extremely dismissive with me and in no way tried to remedy the situation. In fact, lied in his response to the Revdex.com. I am still seeking restitution for the difference between a rebuilt transmission and the cost of the new one. As well as some compensation or resolution to get a core to return to GM so that I can have my car released now that the new transmission is put in it.

I am sorry the customer feels this way. I would gladly give her any parts I have but we simply do not have any. I have spoke to the towing company she claims to have picked up the vehicle here at Suburban and they say they only towed from her house to the other transmission shop. That leaves a different company that would have picked up from Suburban to her house. There is nothing I can do for the customer about parts we do not have.
