Awful!!! Absolutely awful!! In the week since buying a car from this place its been nothing but a nightmareFirst they lied about whats included in the R.O.A.D Star Protection I paid $forI was told it included free oil changes...it DOES NOT! That is the ONLY reason I bought the darn thing, my car insurance covers what little bit the road protection covers, so I didnt even need itThey knew they lied, because I got a box of cookies and a certificate for an oil change in the mail, both went in the trash!! I also asked about a light that stayed on in the dashboard, I was told it was to inform us that there is a passenger airbagThat too is not trueAccording to the car manual, AND the check up I got on the vehicle, That light that is staying on means the airbags are defective and dont work properly, they will not deploy in an accident, or could deploy when driving down the road!! REALLY!!!! The cost to fix the airbags alone is MORE then what I paid for the car...Also, I had blinkers when I drove the car home, I have no blinkers now!!! The switch needs replacing, thats another $400-$costPlus it needs new headlights because the ones on it, the lenses are so clouded up, light barely goes thur them, another $The car was advertised and listed as having 117,miles on it when the previous owner traded it in, carfax confirms that, When I got in it and drove the car home days after they got it, the miles were at 117,227, The dealership put over miles on the car in days and NEVER adjusted the listing, I didnt notice the difference until I got in it to drive it home, and after being there for over Hours I was just going to let it goI paid over $for that death trap of a car....I traded it in at a dealership by where I live, a dealership who is very honest and makes sure their cars are safe to driveI lost over $in the trade, but at least I know I am safe in this other car and the airbags work like they are suppose toAlso, I never got the license plate I paid for, I had to go buy another one!! Again REALLY!!!!! I can not believe I was ripped off so badly, but after reading some other reviews, it makes sinceThis place should be shut down!! I am looking into suing them, have talked to an attorney, and the car dealer who took the car will verify how dangerous the car isPeople, Please DO NOT purchase a car from this dealership, unless you want your life to end sooner then the good Lord has intendedThey sold me a death trap for over $4000, That is what my life is worth to them!!! Oh...and another thing...While we were waiting on the paperwork to get finished up, The Sales rep, opened up his facebook page (I am not on facebook, I hate it!!!) and started showing me videos of him trespassing in his Jeep in someones back yardHe got a big laugh out of it, said Look, the people are standing in their yard watching me....I did not find that funny at all, and was appalled at the fact he's looking at, and showing me his facebook page while I'm sitting at his deskI guess this is the kind of treatment a women gets when she goes alone to that place looking for a used car

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2015/12/02) */ In response to [redacted] claim on missing parts, I have been in contact with Ms [redacted] telling her we have no extra partsAll of the parts were given to the tow truck company who picked it up on August 4thShe states that [redacted] picked her vehicle up here but they said they did not pick up the vehicle hereI have talked to their dispatcher twice and he states they did not pick up from Suburban, However, he said they picked up from Ms [redacted] house and dropped to ***I told Ms[redacted] to contact whatever tow company she hired to pick vehicle up from Suburban and dropped at her houseAll parts were given to that driver as we have no use for them Sincerely, Jon Marrs Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 15, 2016/01/04) */ This matter is not resolvedMrMarrs lied in response to the towing company not picking up the vehicle from his shopI sent him a copy of the receipt and also spoke with the tow driverWhen he answered this complaint he was well aware that the tow company did pick up my vehicle, the core, bolts, and transmission was missingHe did not provide the driver or myself with an inventory of the partsThe vehicle can still not be repaired because a core must be returned to the dealerI have been without my car for monthsI had to buy a brand new transmission because Chevy Suburban did not return the parts, however I still cannot get my vehicle until a core is returnedMrmarrs wants to blame the towing companyHowever, I have a statement from the driver, no lose or additional parts were received from SuburbanAnd Suburban does not have an inventory to prove thisI sent my car to them in tackPaid plus dollars to diagnosis vehicle and they returned it to me in pieces, and with a significant amount of parts missing....I still cannot get my car repaired due to their negligence and MrMarrs, general manager has been extremely dismissive with me and in no way tried to remedy the situationIn fact, lied in his response to the Revdex.comI am still seeking restitution for the difference between a rebuilt transmission and the cost of the new oneAs well as some compensation or resolution to get a core to return to GM so that I can have my car released now that the new transmission is put in it Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 17, 2016/01/12) */ I am sorry the customer feels this wayI would gladly give her any parts I have but we simply do not have anyI have spoke to the towing company she claims to have picked up the vehicle here at Suburban and they say they only towed from her house to the other transmission shopThat leaves a different company that would have picked up from Suburban to her houseThere is nothing I can do for the customer about parts we do not have Sincerely, Jon Marrs
