Review: On march 4th 2014 I prepaid for the boarding of two dogs from July 3rd to July 12th. On June 6th I contacted the business and said I would not need to board the dogs as I was having someone dog sit and asked about how to get a refund. There was no response. I sent a text message to the owner and did not hear anything back. Saturday the 7th I called explaining I heard nothing back and would be there first thing in the am to seek my refund. She did not answer me back. I went there at 9am which is opening time and sent her a text asking if she was running late. Again no response. I sat there waiting when two customers showed up and saw it was not open. They both contacted her and she immediately responded she was having car problems and would be there between 10:15 and 10:30. I sat and waited for her. She showed up and and even though I was first in the door made me wait until she took care of the ones dropping off dogs. I explained the situation and she said she got my texts but was too busy to respond. I asked for the refund and was told sure and then she fumbled a few moments with the credit card machine and explained she changed machines and banks since march and would not be able to credit my debit car but assured me Monday morning she would contact her bank and have an answer to how she would refund me. I asked her again would she contact me and she replied sure. I texted her Monday and asked about me refund and what time I could stop in for it. No response. I texted her again Wednesday morning and asked about the refund. No response back. My wife called her around 4 or 5 wednesday and asked her to call back and again no response.I need council on what to do. It is obvious she is avoiding me and has no intention of refunding me. She owes me 360.00. I also see she has legal issues right now and could possible be shut down in the next week or so. She is to appear before [redacted] on many animal cruelty complaints. I have used them 2 times before and had no problems. Please help!Desired Settlement: I want her to refund my money. It is owed back to me and she needs to make things right. At this point either credit me on my debit or cash. I do not need a check bouncing and having that fee incurred. She needs to realize I'm entitled to refund and ducking me in order to avoid the situation is not the answer. It will cost her much more if I seek legal proceedings. Do the right thing. Is this too soon to file a complaint or is one week not enough time to allow her to resolve this?

Review: I contacted Wyndhaven Vizsla dba Urban Dog looking for a Vizsla bread puppy. Per our discussion, I provided a $400 deposit. Unfortunately, all contact after this point was very difficult and for the most part ignored. I began to feel that I was being scammed. I searched the Revdex.com site to find that I am one of many that have been unhappy with the service.I now get no response when asking for my deposit back.Desired Settlement: I simply want my $400 deposit returned.

Review: I purchased a vizsla dog from [redacted]'s business. My vizsla is 2 1/2 years old and we have not received our registration papers, which she was bound by contract to provide. We have placed over 50 (yes 50) phone calls, along with visits to [redacted]s store, and have always gotten the run around from [redacted] and [redacted]. We placed a Revdex.com complaint a year ago which they claim they 'resolved', but we never got any papers for our dog. About every 2 months they change their phone numbers or open under a new name so you cannot find them. Please help me get papers for my dog or I am taking legal action to get a refund. Please help others to understand these businesses are scams and you are not getting registered dogs with papers.Desired Settlement: Refund of $1,000 paid for a registered dog.

Review: We bought a Vizsla puppy from this breeder. They state in the contract that the dogs are AKC registered and you will receive the papers once you prove they are neutered at 6 mos. of age. I sent the neutering certificate and they still have not produced papers. They do not respond to calls/voice mails/email.Desired Settlement: I would like the AKC papers for my dog and/or a partial refund for not fulfilling contractual agreement.

Review: I purchased a vizsla puppy from Wyndhaven Vizsla dba Urban Dog /Suburban Dog business. My vizsla is almost 1 years old and we have not received our registration papers, I sent the neutering certificate as agreed upon within the signed contract, which Sara was bound by the contract we signed with her to provide. We have made many attempts via phone and left voice mail with the recording promising a return call within 24 hours, with no response from Sara for 3 months now.Desired Settlement: Refund of $1,400 paid for a registered dog.
