I have been a customer for over yearsI have been totally satisfied on each and every occasionThis summer was very bad in terms of low water levelsI ran dry twice in the month of SeptemberI called Policy Well & received prompt & courteous service
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: we had never received any response prior to this complaint.We had left SEVERAL messages over a prolonged period and never heard backI had left my cell phone number which has the most reliable voice mail.I am glad for them that they are so busy, however we could not in good conscience recommend this business to anyoneIn the words of "Game of Thrones" -- "Winter is coming"!Since they are too busy to follow up please feel free to close this complaint with prejudice Sincerely, [redacted]
