I am rejecting this response because: The statements provided by in response to the complaint are untrue and illustrate the bullying nature of the ownership of this company.If the claim is that the call was recorded I want to hear the conversation and would challenge the Revdex.com and the owner to listen along with me.If you look into this individuals history I am sure you will find the same patten of abuse that I was able to find..If a recording exists prove it and lets all listen to the actual call

I hope for a better alternative for Asian students who are forced to use Suburban Express due to the monopoly they have on this bus routeI've attached screenshots of the original racist email and pathetic "apology." customer needs only to look as far as the terms of our contract she entered into to find that our actions were well within our rights under the agreement

The original email I received from Suburban Express stated I would receive a refund (see attached) for
the trip they denied meHowever, ultimately the company had no grounds to ban meThe owner continuously references his business policiesHowever, the policies he has listed online would allow him to ban any customer for any reason and refuse a refund for services they paid forThis means the owner can ban people for reasons such as race, sex and religionHis business policies are so vague they would not hold up in court (see attached)He has no legal grounds for refusing me serviceStating that my banning and refusal of a refund is within his rights is unsubstantiatedThe owner stated I would receive a refund due to the refusal of his serviceHe also stated individuals who rode the bus and had to endure the disturbance of rock music received a $discount which I never received so therefore, I ask for $dollars refunded from Suburban Express for the fare and alleged discount I should have received
