I paid a weekly rate of $for me,my children,and my pet on 03/06/On 03/10/I found out our beds were horribly infested with bed bugsOn 03/12/I requested for another room and the attendant replied they were sold out and suggest to treat the bed bugsI disagreed and paid another weekly rate of $0n 03/15/I couldn't bare to see my children consistently bitten by bed bugs so we resignedI ask for refund for the days that were left since we're leaving and the manager says no refundI immediately called health departmentWhen the manager overhears me speaking to health department they began being nasty to meThey are unprofessional and rudeI don't believe any family should be treated like that

treatment regarding coverage pertaining to your individual benefits with your insurance company. Although referred to our office, all patients coming in for root canal benefits are not guaranteed even after pre-certifying coverage over the phone. We have no control over past procedures performed and/or other claims going through beforehand. Therefore, any treatment performed is ultimately the patient's responsibility should coverage terminate, meet maximum benefits, etc. In your ease, insurance covered a root canal procedure within their stipulations or the "4 year window" for original root canal procedures and any retreatment procedures.
With this being said, to treat patient’s effectively, there must be good communications and trust between the patient and the doctor and staff. This is certainly
one of our offices biggest goals We feel this unfortunately began to deteriorate after your office call on 11/9/15, after we explained to you that an additional $100 dollars would be removed after adjustments were discounted with your dental insurance totaling $422.40 which were also taken off the total fee. Then finally with the misconception over finance charges that were to not accrue on your account. Our office did have notes in your financial ledger that finance charges were to be manually deleted after monthly payments were made on time.
With all the above considered, I have decided to write off your balance of $740,00. Due to the incidence and miscommunication, I feel it has created an increasingly strained doctor-patient relationship on my part, and I don't feel it is best to properly treat patient’s under these circumstances. Therefore, I will remain available for emergency treatment until 02/01/2016 so you will have time to obtain endodontic treatment at our office if necessary. We have promptly sent your documentation to your general dentist Dr. [redacted] and further questions can be answered during normal business hours at our South Bend facility.

Digusting Conditions, Poor Service The Suburban Hotels is horrible! The conditions were terrible. I had bugs in my room. My bathroom remained clogged and flooded eventually. My stay is a nightmare! I asked for a different room, but the person at the desk did not offer. He said that he would send somebody to spray for bugs and unclog my toilet. My door refused to locked and it remained unsecured my entire stay. The smell of the room was gross. It had a nasty ordor! They refused me refund if I could just leave from these conditions. I can not stay here any longer! If you guys have any concern for your reputation. I suggest you guys send somebody to investigate this hotel. I am not lying when I say it is HORRIBLE!!! I had asked for refund due to poor establishment. They refused. I asked for another. Turned me down!I checked in on April 4, 2014. I am forced to stay because I was told to pay upfront by Front Desk. I paid by debit card with at the cost of $238.00. Desired SettlementI just want better conditions. I don't care if I don't get any money. I just want them to improve their service and conditions. I am to the point where money doesn't even matter. They should have clean ROOM!
