Review: I expressed that I wanted to check out of the hotel the day after I checked in on June 30th. I did not feel safe in the hotel, and I found another place to stay that night. When I returned the next day to say I wanted to check out I was informed that all early checkouts must be approved by Corporate. The woman at the front desk assured me that it was a relatively fast process and that I should hear back soon. This inquiry was made at 12pm Wednesday, July 1st. After I had heard nothing by 6:20pm I called the hotel to check on the progress. The woman said she still hadn't heard anything. I asked for the Coporate number and called. I was not greeted with a person, but rather a message assuring a swift investigation and call back. I stated my issue and left my name and number. By the following day Thursday, July 2nd I still had yet to hear from either entity. I was under the impression that this was a business travel establishment, but when I arrived I found this wasn't the case. As a female traveling alone I just didn't feel safe staying there, which is why I requested to leave early. I found other lodging arrangements. I would like a total refund. The poor customer service and shady phone tag with Corporate (whatever that really means) has left me very dissatisfied and shaken up.

I had to file this complaint today on Wednesday, July 8th because I did not have Internet service while I was away. I will be informing my bank of this as well.Desired Settlement: I would like a prompt complete and total refund issued back to my credit card
