Suburban Relocation Systems

I used Suburban Relocations for my move from Virginia to Jacksonville FL. They are honest, reliable, professional and did a great job. I was very nervous initially reading scary reviews of moving companies. What led me to go for Suburban Relocations is their moving consultant Sharon Brooks who put me to ease answering all my questions promptly and assuring me I will be very happy with them and it turned out to be 100% true.
Their moving truck came on time, disassembled, packed my furniture and loaded everything. They did a marvelous job with packing furniture. Everything came in exact same condition, no damage whatsoever, not even a scrape. They delivered in Jacksonville 2 weeks later, assembled the furniture and put everything in the right place. They were quick, efficient and skilled.
They stuck to the initial quote and did not nickel and dime me with last minute surprise charges which ruins the whole experience.
I will recommend Suburban Relocations to others. I cut one star for two reasons (1) They took 14 days to deliver which was still within contract expectations
(2) A few boxes were exposed to rain and were wet when delivered but no big deal, there were no damages.

My move from Dallas to LA with Suburban Relocators was a breeze. Catherine *** worked with me on a very short notice, was always very prompt to answer emails or calls, and was very thorough and detailed with the estimating process. I was very happy that they offer 30 days storage with the estimate since at the time of my move I hadn’t found a place to live yet. Once I gave them the move-in date, my stuff arrived in great condition within a week (my stuff was stored in Dallas).
Elias and his team, who delivered my move was very punctual (especially considering my delivery was at 9 am on a weekday with LA rush-hour). They were very careful with my things, and assembled my big pieces of furniture and TV.
I recommended them to a friend who will be having a move from Dallas to San Francisco soon.
