I am rejecting this response because:  I never stated that water was involved.  As a matter of fact, I stated that I did not know what caused the large spot.  The damage to the slacks was not done by me.  The outline of the spot can still be clearly viewed.  Also, the fraying of the material and the shrinkage of the leg material was caused by someone at Cowboy Cleaners trying to remove the said "spot".Again, I have to ask not WHAT chemical caused the spot but WHO caused the spot and the following damage.  The answer is Cowboy Cleaners.  Cowboy Cleaners is responsible and therefore, liable.

I am terribly sorry that Mr [redacted] felt the need to contact the Revdex.com on this issue as I understood it to be resolved back on 01/11/2018. His ticket was modified to reflect the price of $2.79 for each shirt plus tax. The store manager, [redacted] followed with a phone call to Mr. [redacted] to inform him, but...

had to leave a message as the phone went to voicemail. All Mr. [redacted] has to do is come in pay for his order and have a great day. For future reference the price for a tuxedo shirt starts @ $5.26.

I do believe the jacket was actually more expensive than her quote but have not even attempted to determine what we actually paid. As far as teenagers growing comment, does Mrs [redacted] think she knows my child's growth history?  My son has been the same height and weight for 4 years. I can prove this with medical records and pictures.  She is right about me being unhappy. Primarily because our claim was immediately dismissed The jacket was cleaned 1 year prior perfectly. This time it was shrunken approx 2 inches and the sleeves were stiff and rigid unlime last time.  Cowboy Cleaners has never explained why the sleeves were stiff and rigid this time but not after the first cleaning.I would still like to speak with ownership or Mrs [redacted]s supervisor to relay the lack of professionalism and customer service displayed by Mrs [redacted]. They should be made aware of her attitude and actions and how it has negatively affected the reputation of their business.  Whether Mrs [redacted] acknowledges it or not, the jacket was shrunk by Cowboy Cleaners. My son can not wear it. I do not want any money from Cowboy Cleaners. I will continue to attempt to contact the ownership or upper management because it appears Mrs [redacted] does not want them to be informed of this unfortunate situation. I will also inform all friends and veterans like me that they should not trust this company.

As I have stated before there is NO frying there is NO shrinkage, I sent pictures to document that. I have NOTHING in my dry cleaning bay that would cause the bleeding. All I can do is send them off to International Fabric Institute for analysis, which I have already offered.

As I have stipulated prior I have nothing in my drycleaning bay that would cause her dye to bleed. I have sent pictures showing that both legs measure the same length both inside seam and out seam. I have previously attached information that states that it is the manufacturer's responsibility to prevent this type of dye bleeding. As far as as abrasion that is an optical illusion. The fabric is manufactured with what looks like pills all over the fabric and with the dye bleed it enhances the pill effect. I suggest that she return them where she bought them.
