Review: On 09/18/2015 we brought our car in to Suburban Subaru for a collision repair estimate. At the time we were not told that they charge for estimate on a collision repair.

They only did a visual inspection of the car and gave us a rough estimate. The service rep was not very help full and very uncertain about the total cost of repair.

Therefore we decided to have the car towed to another body shop. I was told we need to pay $114 for the estimate anyway.

My issue is that they did not tell us that they will charge us for a visual inspection. I called other body shops in the area. I was told that there is never any charge for collusion

repair estimate. I don’t think this charge is ethical especially if you are only doing a visual inspection.

Mr. [redacted] brought his vehicle here because of an accident, unfortunatley, we don't have a body shop so we are unable to provide him with an estimate. While here he authorized us to inspect the undercarriage of his vehicle for mechanical damage/repairs. We quoted him an hour inspection, he authorized it and ultimately paid it. Since then, he has stopped payment on his credit card for said inspection and we are currently working towards a resolution. Please contact me if I may be of any further assistance.

Review: I purchased a 2008 [redacted] on 5/30/15. I was pre-approved for loan with [redacted]. I informed the Business Manager Jaime L[redacted] that I didn't need any other inquiry for a loan. On 6/19/15 I found out that Jaime had submitted my application to another bank in [redacted] without my permission. That bank sent me a payment book, and [redacted] also had a loan for this car. This meant that two loans were in my name for the same title. I had several conversations with the General Manager Lane R[redacted] regarding my loan contract and now having two loans. I was concerned about my credit -due to having two loans, and it appeared fraudulent to submit two loans. I did not sign for the loan in [redacted]. I also spoke with both banks and they said it was the dealerships responsibility. As of this day, 22 days after signing a contract I still have two loans. I was fortunate to find this problem. I cannot pay for two loans. The dealership doesn't seem to think this is a problem only a "mistake", but this is not your typical mistake and it has created many problems.Desired Settlement: I would like my down payment back ($3000.00), cleared credit report, and a letter from the banks stating Suburban Subaru has fixed the problem. I also want the correct loan amount submitted. Thank you

Review: I was over charged on my car sale, it was my first time the dealership took advantage, they stole my security deposit and charged me for it, instead of crediting my loan, and I now have proof that I gave them $1350 they charged me extra interest and gave an inaccurate loan, that was inflated to benefit their profit.Desired Settlement: I would like my loan to be lower like we discussed and I want my proper adjustment made to my loan, and the extra thousand of dollars they added on to be taken off, and I want to be reimbursed for my gas $6.00 and my two hours fixing the issue $28
