I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Beginning yesterday, Buffalo Towing Company has been harassing me by telephoneI was called four times yesterday and today by an individual who on some calls claimed to represent Suburban Towing and on others to represent Buffalo TowingOnce this person identified as a representative of Buffalo Towing, I refused further contact, as it would of course be grossly inappropriate for opponents in any adversary proceeding to communicate directlyThis individual called me twice more, disregarding my instruction not to call againI view these latter two calls as harassingNow, someone from Buffalo Towing has emailed me, finding another way to disregard my instruction not to communicate with me and harassing me furtherIn the email, Buffalo Towing claims that it cannot prepare a receipt without communicating with me directlyAs my Revdex.com complaint is not yet closed, that is not possibleI gather from the most recent communication that Buffalo Towing is refusing to transmit a receipt through the Revdex.comAs a result, and as a result of the telephone and email harassment to which I have been subjected, I withdraw my request for a proper receiptThe only acceptable resolution to my complaint will now be a full refund Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com has spoken with and received the following response from the business: If I forward a receipt to a 3rd party, I have to black out certain details of the receipt which would not be enough information for insurance then. The insurance company most likely needs a ton of information
regarding the vehicle including VIN that I will need to get from him. If he would like to calmly call us and provide all this, I will be happy to spend time revising his entire receipt. It is a waste of time to keep going through a 3rd party to provide information as the VIN especially will most likely not be correct then and his claim will be rejected againOtherwise, he was already provided a legal receipt and I'm not wasting time going back and forth about this anymore. Working with insurance companies or 3rd parties is not normally part of what we do, but I'm trying to go out a limb for this guy since there was a mixup with the address and I believe in helping people. If he cannot be calm, I will not help him

Once this person identified as a representative of Buffalo Towing, I refused further contact, as it would of course be grossly inappropriate for opponents in any adversary proceeding to communicate directly. Now, someone from Buffalo Towing has emailed me, finding another way to disregard my instruction not to communicate with me and harassing me further. In the email, Buffalo Towing claims that it cannot prepare a receipt without communicating with me directly. As my Revdex.com complaint is not yet closed, that is not possible. I gather from the most recent communication that Buffalo Towing is refusing to transmit a receipt through the Revdex.com. As a result, and as a result of the telephone and email harassment to which I have been subjected, I withdraw my request for a proper receipt. The only acceptable resolution to my complaint will now be a full refund.
