To Whom It may Concern, In regards to the customer complaint stating that he was quoted 500.00 is unfortunately not true. This customer had a driver who called in for service because he had ran into a ditch on Produce Road and the truck was almost overturned. The trailer wheels were barely on the ground and the tractor rear wheels were raised in the air well over 4 feet. The truck was loaded with rolls of paper weighing 44,000 lbs. This along with the truck weight totaled around 80,000 lbs. At no time was anyone in my dispatch asked for a total price. Even if they had been asked they could not have given one because they had no idea how long it would take to remove this from the ditch. We used 2 rotating wreckers and one regular heavy duty wrecker to lift and winch this from the ditch. Our normal rate PER truck is 475.00 per hour. It took 2 hours each with these large trucks to remove this from the ditch. I was on scene personally and priced this run myself. I took off 75 dollars per hour per truck because I felt sorry for the driver of the truck. There was no additional damage to his truck and trailer. I will enclose a picture of how this looked upon our arrival. Not only was the customer billed fairly, he was undercharged. He’s truly lucky we have the equipment to handle this type of job. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. That was bald face lie the guy told me the rate of 250 per hour and it would take one truck about two hours to pull truck out of ditch. I never would have agreed to those Terms knowing I didn't have funds to cover it I would have called another company with a stronger tow capacity to only use one 75 ton wrecked to do the job I feel really riped off, still haven't received call from company this place is real shady
