I investigated the circumstances surrounding the situation the customer experienced and found that the Subway made
all the sandwich orders as they were received through the Catering websiteFor some reason unknown to me the first order of sandwiches was not as the customer was expecting but that was what came through to our storeThe subsequent sandwiches came on separate orders minutes apartThe sandwich that was detailed as being incorrect was ordered as a Bacon Lettuce Tomato sub with nothing else on itThat is what was madeThere is no excuse for us being out of the bottled drinks that were ordered and that problem was magnified by our fountain drinks being of poor qualityUnfortunately when you put it all together it was a poor experience for the customer and we value their businessI would like to offer to replace their order at a future date of their convenience and will deliver it if that would be acceptable to them

I received a call from *** on June 23rdVery nice manOffered to replace all the meals and deliver them personallyIt would have been difficult to arrange a day where the exact same staff were all here for a meal again, so I suggested instead two platters for our upcoming all staff meeting(Less expensive and would feed more of my staffwin/win)After speaking to the store manager, *** *** (who was also very kind and apologetic) she agreed to that and even offered an addition of a cookie platterI picked the food up for our meeting and was greeted by pleasant and polite staffMy nursing staff enjoyed the meal and Subway has redeemed themselves in my eyes
