Subway

Good Morning
April 19th, 2020 I placed an order through the Subway app, like I always do, for 3 footlong subs. I completed the order around 5:05pm and received a confirmation that my order will be ready by 5:25pm. Once I arrived at the restaurant it was closed. I believe I got there around 5:20pm. I went back home and called the restaurant, no answer. The hours on Sunday are from 9am-10pm and the app stated it was open. Even though, the restaurant was closed Sunday evening for whatever reason, I was still charged $17.24. I contacted customer service at 1-***, immediately after trying to reach the store but it was closed as well. I sent an email about my issue and a representative stated that my information will be forwarded to the regional office and someone will contact me in 2 business days, well this is the 3rd day and I tried to reach out again with no success.
