I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10941418, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belo I should have got the free sandwiches as advertised on that "Sale day" and the employers had no clue!The excuse provided is ridiculous..The least that Subway can do is send me a coupon for free sandwiches to keep my business

Please be advised that I am sending you this e-mail in regards to the above,On Nov,3rd 2015 Subway ran a national sandwich day where any customer who  purchase a sandwich with a 30 oz. drink  gets a second sandwich for equal or lesser price free .This promotion was fully advertise...

for about two weeks prior to the start date via tv ,radio and internet saying buy a sub and a 30 oz. drink and get a second sub for equal or lesser price free. we at store level have no control of the cash register for that daybecause the program is pre set from home office so this is automatic as long as you ring up any two sub and a 30 oz drink for that day it calculate the offer. There were flyers and other advertising documents posted in the store prior to this offer.I am very sorry for the inconvenience it may have caused to any of my customers who had misunderstood the ad. but if asked store employees would have gladly explain how it works.This was only for one day and was consider royalty free day.   I also do apologize for customer returning on the 6th three days later and spoke to my employees who could have done very little at that time to convenient customer because offer had already expired, where the offer clearly states you have to purchase the 30 oz. drink to receive the offer.Again I apologize on behalf of the employees and the inconvenience it may have caused to anyone.If there is anything I can do please do not hesitate to contact me.
