We as a company have made contact with the customer and apologized. I have also sent the customer coupons for free subs. When I spoke with the customer she said that this was satisfactory to her and that she would be returning to the store because she understands that mistakes happen. I have later...

found out that the customer was given her money back and that she came back to the store and threw the money back to the cashier and cursed the employees out. The customer also went to another location and showed them a picture of  the hair that was suppose to have been in her food. The manager from that location informed me that it was not hair it actually looked like a piece of thread. When I asked the customer about the hair she stated that she had thrown it away with that portion of the sandwich. I am not sure what the customer is wanting now, being that she was given money and returned it and a apology and she is now saying that none of that was acceptable for her.
