Review: In august of 2015 I tried to transfer $19.86 and 1005 subway point to another card. Because of the amount of point and cash associated with the card they froze my card. I contacted card support 4 different times since speaking with 2 supervisors and my card is still frozen today 2/12/16. I need helpDesired Settlement: Id like subway finally "Unlock" my card so I can use the points I earned and the money that mine
