I also had a terrible experience. Their website advertised a lower price and when I placed the order, no one got back to me after two weeks. I assumed they must be out of it, so I went shopping elsewhere on the internet. Then they sent me an e-mail from a person that did not identify themselves as working for the Subway Stamp Company and I deleted the message and it went into my trash container. Five months later, I get a higher charge placed on my credit card from this company. I reached out to Subway, telling them they had no right to charge me for a higher price then was was listed on the web page. I am disputed the charge and the fact that they never sent me a invoice for the shipment they implied that was sent out on the 12 of March 2019 to me. I just received an email from a luke Sheridan (who goes by the name of Sherry). I never received the package they mailed on Sunday the 12 March 2019. The March 12 was a Sunday, and I didn't think any packages went out on that day. I have repeated asked for the shipping tracking number assigned to the package with the invoice. I want the invoice and a tracking number to track the shipment that they just mailed out on "Sunday 12 March. I think this is a scam, making the customer believe that they have orderd the item you said was available and
then say it is out of stock, and say you have mailed the package five months later and then charged the customer a higher price then what was quoted in the advistment on line with their bookstore.
I have asked for the invoice and receipt and the tracking number assisgned to the package
that they said they mailed to me on Sunday March 12, 2019. I think this company is a scam. They have refused to send the invoice and the tracking number and which company they mailed it through. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE., Do business with some you know and is honest. I am going to turn them into Better Buiness Bureau.

Review: On November 17, 2015, I placed an order with this company. At that time I was quoted a shipping charge of $7.50. Thereafter, I received a confirmation for Order # [redacted] wherein the shipping charge was again quoted to be $7.50 via [redacted] - Residential Ground Service. On November 20, 2015 I received an email from the company shipping dept. stating that the shipping for my order would be $24.01 due to the weight of the order and was asked to confirm acceptance of the increased shipping charge. On that same date I responded that I wanted the order shipped at the price quoted on the receipt and confirmation. On November 23, 2015 I was again asked to agree to the increased shipping charge, again I refused stating that I wanted the order shipped at the price originally quoted.. Later that day I was informed that the company would honor the original quoted shipping charge. The next day I was informed that the order was being cancelled because it "...no longer available by the manufacturer. Therefor the items... have been cancelled." Thereafter, I checked on the company's website and the item was not listed as out of stock. I have checked periodically since then with the same result - it is listed as in stock. I spoke with several people regarding this company and was told that they have had similar experience of "bait and switch" on the shipping charges.Desired Settlement: I want the items I ordered at the price I ordered and with the shipping charges as originally quoted to me and later reaffirmed by the company. I would also like this in a timely manner, as I have also been informed that the company has taken months to fill orders. This is a specialty item and not widely available.

We are currently working to input the weights of ai[ our products into the database so we may calculate shipping on a weight basis. This task is taking longer than expected as we have over 50,000 items. On most orders we absorb any difference in shipping, However the cost based on the percentage was $7.50. Actual shipping was S24.01. On our website to the left of tine “submit order” we have the following disclaimer ‘‘By clicking ''SUBMIT YOUR ORDER" your order will be complete and payments} will be applied. Extra charges may apply on merchandise with a high weight/low cost ratio. If this occurs you will be notified before your order is processed.” The two lines beginning with the word "extra" and ending with the word "processed" is done in a red font As per our policy Ms. [redacted] was contacted and Ms. [redacted] elected not to pay the additional shipping. This order was then cancelled. Attached please find copies of our emails and a print out of the website disclaimer. Thank you for your attention to this matter and please let me know if I can be of further assistance.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The respondent failed to include a copy of the email in which it agreed to ship the item at the price quoted in the order confirmation. Thereafter, within minutes the order was cancelled for the stated reason that the item "was out of stock" despite the continued sale of the items on the website, other items were listed as out of stock but no these.
