Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:First of all, when a business makes a mistake like wrongly charge a customer for things the customer did not order, regardless whether it was intentionally or not, an honest business will sincerely apology to the customerI have not seen any apologies from this Subway store so far.Second, I don't know how this store person came up with the amount of $It was definitely not something shown on my receipt.Third, it costs me more than $on gas alone to make a trip to this storeIf the store person wants to settle the issue, please mail a check that includes a complete refund plus a reasonable compensation to meI have been to this store once, and the experience in the store (and that consequent encounter with this store owner) was so terrible that I don't think I would want to set my foot into this store againAnd certain I won't recommend anyone to do so unless the store person shows a sincere attitude to resolve a customer's complaint in a reasonable manner.I appreciate all the coordinations that Revdex.com has done so far on thisI hope that I do not need to bring the matter to the attention of Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, or the State Attorney General's office, or the Doctor's Associates Inc who authorizes the franchise of all Subway storesMahalo! I have not seen any apologies from this Subway store so far.Second, I don't know how this store person came up with the amount of $7.50. It was definitely not something shown on my receipt.Third, it costs me more than $7.50 on gas alone to make a trip to this store. If the store person wants to settle the issue, please mail a check that includes a complete refund plus a reasonable compensation to me. I have been to this store once, and the experience in the store (and that consequent encounter with this store owner) was so terrible that I don't think I would want to set my foot into this store again. I apologize for not responding sooner, just came back from a family vacation. First of all what he told me on the phone is different from what he wrote here.
I have talk to this customer and tried resolve the problem but never listen what I was trying to say....

My employee never over charge him, we do charge avocado on the side and it is in the menu board. He told me that it's not on the menu and I told him it is. I offered him a discount for his next visit but he keep saying no, no no. He told my employee he like meal deal and we did charge him with the meal. When you look at the receipt it gives you the break down for the drink and chips, which is $1.30 for drink and 0.90 for chips that equals to $2.20. Avocado, bacon etc is all sides and they all additional cost. I even ask him what would he want us to do and he just repeating himself. I tried to explain to him but he doesn't wanna listen. If you order a meal you grab your drink and grab your own chips on the rack in the dining area.
