Hi, I apologize for not responding sooner, just came back from a family vacationFirst of all what he told me on the phone is different from what he wrote here I have talk to this customer and tried resolve the problem but never listen what I was trying to say My employee never over charge him, we do charge avocado on the side and it is in the menu boardHe told me that it's not on the menu and I told him it isI offered him a discount for his next visit but he keep saying no, no noHe told my employee he like meal deal and we did charge him with the mealWhen you look at the receipt it gives you the break down for the drink and chips, which is $for drink and for chips that equals to $Avocado, bacon etc is all sides and they all additional costI even ask him what would he want us to do and he just repeating himselfI tried to explain to him but he doesn't wanna listenIf you order a meal you grab your drink and grab your own chips on the rack in the dining area Thank you,
