I was ordering dinner online to pickup. I am a cancer patient and was needing to be quick. The order that I placed first, told me my debit card was invalid, to start the order over. When I placed the second order, it went through. To be on the safe side, I called to make sure the order went through. That us when the employee informed me that both orders went through. I chose which order I wanted and went to pick it up. Upon arrival, I was informed that I had paid for two meals. She also informed me that she is not able to give me a refund, that I can call customer service or speak with the store manager. I have tried the website and the toll free number and got nowhere. I called the store and the manager said he could not refund my money. He offered no solution to the problem, got nasty with me and hung up on me. Due to the terminal cancer, I live on a fixed income and just wanted a meal that I did not have to cook. I want my money back.
