I ordered 3 sandwiches from Subway. 2 out of 3 of them were made in correctly. I gave a review indicating they were made in correctly. I was contacted by a gentleman who was yelling at me and told me I was no longer welcome to order through them because I gave them a badd review.

I received a letter from Revdex.com about complaint on my business by customer named as ***, in which she stated that she is no longer welcomed in store.

Customer has posted a review on subway platform, which when I saw, as being a proactive owner I called the customer to understand the situation in more detail. Also an apology email was sent out. But when I try to explain that sandwich might have got soggy because of extra tomatoes she asked for, she called me as “ *** and this is all ***. Customer used abusive language, than I said to customer that if she is not going to be under stable, she can order through a different store as she was being very abusive to me.

The point of the phone call was to understand that why this particular customer, whenever she orders food via online subway app, we gets bad review every single time. I was trying to understand why this is happening to this particular customer only. We do 15-20 online orders every day and we hardly get any customer complaining that the food was bad or anything like this.

I am rejecting this response because:I want to start out by saying I did not call him an ***. The phone call started with the man yelling at me. I asked several times for him to stop yelling at me. I have only ordered online 2 times in over a year apart each time. Yes both were bad reviews because both time they made my sandwiches incorrect. They sent me an email after my order asking how they did so I told the truth... after speaking with several people In our small town I've learn this is how they do business. I never received an apology

Hello,

we recently took over
business a year ago, I don't know how the old owner ran the business. I have
already sent all the proof to Revdex.com attached with the email on all the apology
email I sent to ***. So, I don't know how she is saying I dint not apology.
I have sent apology letter every time. I get 100 plus reviews each month; I am more than happy to forward all of those to Revdex.com to see how quick I response to reviews and sent thank, apology or how we can do better. I told in previous email and
telling again, we will make the sandwich, which she claims were made
incorrectly.

Another thing, I started
conversation with apology and during conversation she called me an *** and
whole thing is ***. If she denies to these things, I have nothing to say,
but I will still require an apology from her for being disrespectful and using
abusive language over the phone when I was not, simple is that.

I am rejecting this response because:I refuse to apologize for something I never said. Its sounds like they dont know how to properly run a business. I hope they learn from this and move on. I will never use thire services again. Just for the record I have never been treated so rude and never had any issues in the whole 12 plus years I've lived in Kingsburg.
