We understand the customers concerns and it is unfortunate that he has found himself in this situation. However, the client spent $7,995 with our firm(Success Business Development, LLC) in June of...

2014, he signed a contract and we began to work with him, the charge was not fraudulent. A week later the client decided that he wanted a smaller package with our firm and he received a refund from us of $2000, which made his total package with us $5,995. The client stopped communicating with us after this point, even though we addressed all of his issues. Within a few months of the sale the client disputed the charge of $5,995(without contacting us first) with his credit card company, claiming fraudulent charges, even though the charge was fully compliant and we have all the necessary paper work. The client has received all of the money he spent with my firm, even though we started doing the work that he contracted us to do. We lost money with this client. We have documentation that can be provided to client showing exactly when he received the $5995.00 as well as the initial refund of the $2000.00. We are Success Business Development, LLC and have no affiliation of any of these other companies that have come up in this complaint. After reviewing the documents signed by [redacted], we understand that she is eligible for a full refund under our company's agreement with her. There seemed to be a minor mistake that happened early on in...

our business that prevented her refund from being processed, which has never happened before this specified incident nor after, and will never happen again with any clients we have nor take on. We contacted [redacted] immediately and deeply apologized explaining what happened. After speaking for awhile and told her we gave her a complete refund on her investment, she seemed very pleased of the outcome and understanding to the situation. Her experience with our firm has been nothing but pleasant outside of this matter. She was also provided with a copy of the refund receipt to keep for her records. Please note this was an isolated incident and is not how business is conducted regularly here.

Review: In August of 2014 I signed a contract with Success Business Development and paid them a very large sum of money (several thousands of dollars) to provide services. They began the work, however it was highly inadequate. Despite my complaints, and their apologies and promises to provide what they agreed to, they have failed to honor the contracts. I spoke with someone over two weeks ago who said he would get back to me, yet he never did. I sent an email stating that I want to terminate my contract and want a refund since they have failed to provide the services agreed to , but I have not received a reply..Desired Settlement: Although it is after the 3 day period which they allow for cancelling the contracr, since they have failled to provide what is stated in the contracts, I believe that it is reasonable to expect I would be allowed to terminate my contract and would be refunded, at least partially.

Review: This business talked me into using their service for $5495.00 but said I could cancel within three business days if submitted in writing. I did submit a cancellation within three days via email. They said they would cancel and refund the money. They left a voice message confirming the refund but the refund was never done. I called and they said it was sent through but would take time. The refund never came through and I want my money back. I even have a copy of the email I sent them to prove that I cancelled in time.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of $5495.00.
