According to their TV advertising they will help people to get out of debt. But it didn't happen to me I paid almost *** and they settled only ***
They settled only my Discover Card, Barclays, and 1 Capital Account. I cancelled my account because they promised to me they will help to get out of debt. I started with their program last 04/05/2018 and I stopped only last November 2019. I already paid *** plus I add another *** According to them I don't have enough funds to pay the creditors that's why I need to add *** which I paid installments for 1 year. When I cancelled my account in the middle of the program I got s refund of *** only. Please note my account no.***.

I entered to a debt free program to the company for 3 years and even gave them extra amount of money more or less *** extra to settle the account I enrolled but the company is unable to settle the last account stating that they need extra or more funds. My contract time is done but still the company has not settled the last account and they want me to amend it. I refused to give them extra money anymore but I want them to settle the last account but they tell me it's not enough to cover the settlement agreement from the debt collector. It's like useless for me to enroll to this company but it's too late already if I'm not making any profit at all. Looks like that they're the only one making a profit from their customer. I paid all the required amount they told me to pay plus the extra amount I gave them *** so it should be fair for me for them to settle the last account. Thank you for looking into this matter.

They have not settled any of the two remaining account. At least one of the account that I'm asking them to settle. I emailed *** back that they need to settle at least one of the account but no response from her,which I have two remaining account with them that has not settled for the funds I have given them but none of the two was not settle and I'm only asking one to be settled at least. So the issue is not resolved yet until they will settle at least one account so it's not satisfactory on my part.Again she did not respond on my email that I'm asking their business to settle one account at least if not two. I don't want to add extra funds anymore because I have given them enough already which that's the one they are asking me to give additional funds. The funds I gave them is for the two remaining accounts but not even one is settled so again I don't want to add extra funds. We have been in communication with the client and have mutually agreed to a resolution. We are currently working on getting this issue completely resolved and should have progress soon, we will update you as soon as we can.
