Review: I recently set up a CD account with [redacted] of [redacted] in which the interest paid on the account was entered into my checking account. They are now refusing to deposit the earned interest into my checking claiming the account was not set up in that manner. If their was a mistake made it was by the person setting up the account because I clearly told him to depositthe monthly interest into my checking. I have 3 other cd with this bank where the interest goes into checking. They refuse to enter the earned interest from this account into my checking account. The retail state-ment cd I am refering to ends in #[redacted].Desired Settlement: Enter my monthly CD earnings into my checking account.Enter my already accrued interest into my checking account.
