Review: The company in question was hired to provide software associated with job pricing for hvac and plumbing services. On 3/8 of 2013 Software was purchased for the total cost of 1798.92 for the base system including both hvac and plumbing price books. I recieved the software 1 week later and called the company because I could not get the software to run. I was at that time advised that it was a 32 bit software and I would have to upgrade my windows to pro to be able to run the software. I upgraded my software at my own expense which I would have apprecited being advised of before hand. Once the system was upgraded I got on a confrence call with [redacted] my salesman and was advised on installation and funcionality of the product. I have several e mails back and forth from myself and [redacted] over the next 3 weeks adressing the inability for the software to run without crashing on my system. The older software was highly inferior in my opinion and after weeks of failed attempt to make it funtion I have email confirmation of [redacted] advising me of there return policy. All products were package up and fedexed back to the adress indicated in the email. All form attached to that e mail were filled out and sent with all products to the home office of success systems unlimited. There policy in the documents states " All approved returns are refunded within 30 days of receiving returned product(s) and will be applied via means the purchase was made or bank issued cashier checks". I have recieved no such refund as of 8/30/2013 at least a dozen attempt to contact with [redacted] and the main office have not had a single message returned. I have used all numbers on the internet and sent e mails both to [redacted] and the main website which I have copies of both. I hope that this last attempt to keep this from becoming a legal matter is successful as I am losing my patience.
