I'm a mature woman who's been using online dating for a few years without any success. I finally decided to take the plunge and sign up for a MatchMaking service. I checked out all the services in the Boston area and decided I like the process and format at Successful Singles over the other companies. The process was interesting and pleasant. Unlike the other matchmaking companies their is no Hard Sell. This alone makes them a great choice. The have you fill out a detailed self survey then work to match you with men that meet your choices (and vice versa). Tehy encourage you to talk on the phone with each other before setting up a time and place to meet. The other services set you up on "blind dates". I'm telling all my friends to check out Successful Singles.

Before signing the contract with this company I was very specific is asking if they had clients in my age group as I did not want to date people that were 5+ years older than I am. I was assured they had clients that fit this criteria. The first date was much older than I was but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. All people they offered after that were much older as well so I declined the meeting. I advised I felt as though they did not have the clients that fit my needs so I would like a refund. They refuse to give me a refund because I gave them a chance and went on a first date. They have not adhered to their side of the contract with me so they have absolutely no right to hold me to my side of the contract and not give me a refund. This company is a complete scam and can not offer the services they claim to offer
We are always concerned when a member of ours is less than fully satisfied with their membership. Our members are our number one priority and it is for that reason that we have a 100% membership satisfaction guarantee. Our Revdex.com member profile, web-site, and contract clearly state that if a member is dissatisfied with their membership for any reason whatsoever we will repeat the entire membership for free. Our Refund and Cancellation policy is clearly enumerated in our Revdex.com profile and in the contract that are *** agreed to and signed.
While we are disappointed to hear that *** did not have a positive experience with her membership we have provided her with the service that she contracted for. We have in fact matched her with members that we felt she would be interested in meeting and she has in fact met member (s) that we have matched her with. Although, she has not met anyone that she has connected with we stand ready is continue to work with her and repeat her membership for free. ***., has made it clear that she not interested in continuing her membership. It is our understanding that she has met someone outside of the membership that she is dating. She has made it very clear that she no interest in discussing her concerns with us. We have on numerous occasions reached out to her and attempt to converse with her by phone and have offered to meet with her on numerous occasions to discuss the concerns of her membership. All of these offers to communicate with her have been met with her completely refusing to communicate with us.
She has received the service that is set forth in her contract. We have referred her to gentleman in our membership that unfortunately she has not connected with. We have also presented her with members that she has declined to meet. We continue to stand ready to work with her at any time she wishes to communicate with us.

I have never told them I had met someone outside of the service. I have told them that I am not interested in additional services as a resolution as they clearly do not have any member's that are in my age range. I was very clear with them on the age rage. Just because they think someone 10 years older is satisfactory I was clear it was not. They too agreed to my stipulations with signing the contact and they have not adhered to that. I want my money back, there are no other options here.

Our invitation to meet with and work with *** remains. Our membership guarantee also remains available to her. Our Refund Policy must be fairly and equally applied to all members.

This is not acceptable, the service didn't work before and I don't see any change to show me the service would work now. If your car was brought to a mechanic and they didn't fix the issue but offered to do the same thing over again as your resolution would you accept that? No because you would need to then bring it elsewhere to be fixed properly. It is clear they do not have the correct clients to meet my request although they said they did. So they could not provide the service I paid for so I want my refund. I do not want anymore of there services. The only resolution here is my full refund. I will accept nothing else. I look forward to hearing what my refund date is.
