Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below I do not understand the refund amount of $ My monthly payment had been $165, this seems as if they are giving me $over that to soften the monthly unannounced withdrawals of $per month for months – this doesn’t make sense to me, and the complaint does not address this component at all In addition; given the fact that I was told by [redacted] of SAV on 7/11/17; ‘I am absolutely able to cancel your VO Pro Membership for future payments." Why; then, is the response not addressing this component, and instead just offering to work with me on a payment plan to continue the VO coaching? I no longer wish to do business with this organization I continue to receive odd emails from [redacted] of SAV telling me my account is locked, asking me to call him on billing Yesterday I received an email telling me that they have been reaching out to me since I filed the complaint – but I’ve received no emails and no voicemails from SAV My feeling right now is that they are truly trying to scam me This is highly uncomfortable Bottom line no one at SAV seems interested in specifically addressing the concerns I have - they just talk around them and try to keep me paying them Regards, [redacted]

I do not understand the refund amount of $175.   My monthly payment had been $165, this seems as if they are giving me $10 over that to soften the monthly unannounced withdrawals of $35 per month for 8 months – this doesn’t make sense to me, and the complaint does not address this component at all.      In addition; given the fact that I was told by [redacted] of SAV on 7/11/17; ‘I am absolutely able to cancel your VO Pro Membership for future payments."   Why; then, is the response not addressing this component, and instead just offering to work with me on a payment plan to continue the VO coaching?    I no longer wish to do business with this organization.    I continue to receive odd emails from [redacted] of SAV telling me my account is locked, asking me to call him on billing.    Yesterday I received an email telling me that they have been reaching out to me since I filed the complaint – but I’ve received no emails and no voicemails from SAV.   My feeling right now is that they are truly trying to scam me.    This is highly uncomfortable.     Bottom line no one at SAV seems interested in specifically addressing the concerns I have - they just talk around them and try to keep me paying them.

Although we do not have any record of receiving a refund request, we do understand if you are no longer interested in working with us to pursue voice-over coaching and demo production services.I have searched through communications records for everyone that has been in contact with her at Such A...

Voice, and have found no record of her requesting a refund, or reaching out to us about anything past July 19th, 2016 when she initially stated that she would like to put things on hold until the beginning of 2017. The email that I have attached in this response is from [redacted], the one coordinating her onboarding into our program, stating that [redacted] would like to remain active with us, but would like to put things on hold until the beginning of 2017. She is cc'd in that email, and did not respond with any further notes.I have reached out to [redacted] directly in order to engage in a dialogue in hopes of reaching a solid conclusion to her concerns. Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance with this. We always put our clients first.

Hi [redacted],I’m very sorry that you feel that you had promises that were unfulfilled.  I want you to know though, that everything that was promised was included in the program, but since you didn’t finish your program, you hadn’t yet gotten those experiences. The studio work happens when you...

record your demo after you’ve completed your coaching sessions.  Since you didn’t complete your coaching sessions, you didn’t make it into the studio yet.We also provide an array of support resources with setting up and operating your own home studio, including a Q&A teleconference session.  I’m not sure if you had an opportunity to utilize those yet.  Also, just to clarify, the telephone (or Skype) calls were your private voice-over coaching sessions. You signed up for our VIP program at a total price of $4495.  Our standard hourly coaching rate is $195/hr, but I actually reduced that to $150/hr to determine what you owed.  I’m told that you had received 12 hours of coaching prior to quitting.  That’s $150 X 12 or a total of $1800.  At the point that you quit, you had paid $876, leaving a blance of $924.  Normally that balance would’ve been $1464 at the $195 rate. While I do feel that the balance that we’ve assessed is more than fair, I want happy customers, not unhappy customers.  I’m going to go ahead and waive the balance.  I’m sorry that you were disappointed.  You are free and clear of the balance owed. All the best, [redacted]m

[redacted],I am unable to locate any communications prior to July regarding your interest in cancelling your VO Pro Membership. An ability to cancel your membership also does not equate to a refund, as you had been receiving access to all resources within our VO Pro Membership for an extended period of time, and were receiving emails letting you know that you were an active subscriber at least twice each month. However, I will make an exception to our refund policy to refund you the requested $280 for your membership, as I understand life can get in the way, and scheduling challenges can make it difficult to take advantage of such services. The refund for this will need to either come by check or [redacted] to you, so I will wait to hear from you on how you'd like to proceed there. As for the $165/month charges on your account, these are to fulfill on a billing agreement that you entered into as a client of Such A Voice toward your total program cost. This billing agreement was established when you first entered into our program, and was set to run until you had completed your end of the billing agreement. I am able to refund you on the payment that was collected in August of 2017, and cease all further payment attempts on your account. We will cancel and close your account. The complications we seem to be facing here are that we have not received response to the various communications that have been sent by [redacted], and myself over time in order to assist you with moving forwarding your program, and fulfilling on our end of your voice-over coaching and demo production program that you state is not being received on your end. We only want to address and assist with your concerns, however, we are in need of consistent communication from our clients if we are to provide any kind of service or support. In summary, I have already processed a refund of $165 for your August payment in accordance with the billing agreement you entered into when you first joined our program, and will refund you $280 for your VO Pro Membership when you are able to provide me with a preferred refund route of either check by mail, or [redacted].
