Review: I placed an order on June 25, 2015, at 07:13 PM and then the very next DAY at 7:00am I sent them an email indicating that I didnt want the order due to them not having another item that I aswell wanted I didnt get a response within a 4 hour period so I attempted calling, KEEP in mind im in Guatemala so calls to USA arent cheap! I tried calling these guys for like 4 hours!!! and didnt get a response so what I did is I contacted my bank and they put a temporary restriction on my CC in ordre for the charge not to go thru, However when I see my bank statement it has been charged!!!!Desired Settlement: I just want them to cancel the order and get them to null the authorization hold before it shows that I have to pay that but like I stated they dont answer emails they dont answer call, I just dont know what to do anymore and I cant go directly to there location becuase im in another country CAN YOU GUYS HELP please
