We've had our South Seas spa for about a year now and absolutely love it! My wife is allergic to chemicals and this filter system works so well that she's able to soak every day without any issues Recently, we had a question and couldn't reach our dealer so we called the factory They were extremely helpful and responsive We highly recommend Artesian Spas
Customer service is awfulThey speak to you in a rude and demeaning manorThey offer very little assistance in dealing with you issue
