I am rejecting this response because: This is full of false statements. I never rejected an inspector at the house. The last I heard from him regarding the inspector was that he had to look into it because my house falls into Bexar county. My family has been nothing more than cooperative. They have talked to Mr. [redacted] and his responses vary from " The roof is like that because of foundation problems " to " His house is falling apart " and " Just tell the Insurance company that you lost the check. " An attorney that I hired had one of their staff members contact Mr. [redacted]'s office to get his address information and he was very rude and yelling at the lady. " I don't have time for these Shenanigans " was transcribed from that recorded conversation and also includes him trying to pawn of the work on someone else stating that " I remember that man, he didn't have money so I referred him to another contractor. " He cashed the check, not as a favor, but for his own personal gain in his deceitful practice. defamation of character is a crime and so is fraud, theft and insurance fraud. In this day and age we have the technology to record conversations and transcribe them, text messages that are logged on our phones and I am confident that this man gets what he deserves. I attached a few of the pictures that I have that reflect his " work product " and I have many, many more. He did the work as he accepted the check, cashed it and had the galls to even leave his business sign in my front lawn. At one point he said, " I will just give you the money back so as not to ruin our friendship. "

What does a public adjuster have to do with the poor repairs that you did to my house? I he going to correctly repair the horrible job you did or give me back the money to have a reputable company do it correctly? It is clear that this man continues to side step the issue and accept responsibility for the " repairs " done to my roof. I have attached pictures of his handywork and they speak volumes of what this man does when conducting business.
