False and misleading capture of names and personal information that is used to lead generate for advertisers who use the "services" of Sudden Ventures - without knowing these names are being sold to many other like-minded firms. There is no full disclosure or transparency of what they are doing and who they are when you give the information. They use a tactic called "pop under" to capture information and make it feel like you are giving the information to the "searched" company you were looking at in [redacted] Search.Product_Or_Service: looking for home organizer servicesDesired SettlementThis practice must stop.3 firms contacted me and were given my information. Are they resellers of my info? They knew - as they claimed - that they were not competing for names lead generated by this firm. They paid a premium price for lead generation and I have copies of each of the emails sent to these firms with MY personal information. This is hacking my information and basically hiding under an "advertiser" claim without full disclosure to the consumer of what they are doing. Against law.

They failed to provide the advertisement services I already paid in full to them. Agent is purposely blocking advertisement in my login access. . I used this advertisement company in 2013 and there were not mayor problems. I paid again on June 06 of 2014 a total of $293.65 for another six months of services (At their [redacted] website) to advertise my company [redacted] and my name [redacted] with potential clients. The way this works is and the reason one pays for the subscription is to get something call "Leads". The leads are requests from potential clients looking for video services. We call these leads and offer our services. Without the leads the small ad in [redacted] means nothing. Around May 2014 I complained to [redacted] (Mr. [redacted] business partner in [redacted]) that I was getting too many offers from them ([redacted]) to add more territories to my account (We pay by territory). She assured me they will stop with the emails and it was clear I wasn't interested in more territories to advertise, that what I had and paid for was enough for me. [redacted] mentioned me that it was difficult with his biz partner but that she would try talk to him. A few weeks later I received an avalanche of more requests I didn't want so I wrote an email to complain to them and even said I would close my account and ask for my money back if my request to stop with more requests was not granted. All emails stopped then, including LEADS and job offers. I called other advertisers, explaining who I was and that if they kindly share their experience with [redacted] and they told me they had no problems and that they had received many LEADS and very consistently. MY Last lead was June 30, 2014 and because I contacted [redacted] through LinkedIn and he heard my complains I received one isolated lead August 3. This means the entire month of July and to this day (August 6, 2014) I only revived one lead. In July, and comparing with other similar advertisers, my account was blocked to any lead. This is because I complained about their constant emails to advertise in more territories and my complaint to that. This is the reason number one this is unacceptable, because it is done in purpose and to retaliate about my complains early this year. I tried calling [redacted] who has always been more open and ready to help (I never spoke or correspond email with [redacted], he is complete mastery to me)but her phone has a recording saying she is not back until August 29. And I stared calling her end of July. Here is her number (There is no number for [redacted]) [redacted] In here she list his email (Not sure why not a contact page in their website (http://w[redacted]) address but he ([redacted]) NEVER replies. Here is the page where paid customers like myself check for lead jobs: http://[redacted] My last lead is June 30 and a single small lead in August 3. That's it. Generally you get 2 to 3 valid leads per week. Please let me know if we can resolve this issue either getting my payment back to me or securing a minimiun of 3 or more leads per week from now on until contract is due in January 1 2015. Thank you [redacted] Desired SettlementBecause this was purposely done to me (Blocked access to JOB LEADS from June 30 to now) and I already paid for 6 months of services, I want them to guarantee a minimum of 3 JOB LEADS per WEEK and an extension of another 2 months on top of the six I already paid. Or my money back ($293.65) Because our (Freelancers) life line are the job leads we get in services like this one ([redacted].com) and others, potentially this lock of services could mean thousands of lost dollars on potential jobs never received. To say an example, a small paragraph asking for a small video on an X company could mean $5000 or more ($15.000 or more) in profit lost. So potentially, extending only two months of advertising services could potentially mean nothing compare to my lost.
