This is the worst customer service I have ever recieved. In a week without wifi, there were numerous different appointments made where a tech never showed up and appointments made that were not even verified by me. After making a second appointment with an agent for a tech to come out, I was not notified that the appointment was not actually made. So I sat at home for hours waiting for someone until I called an agent and was told that the appointment was supposed to be made but wasn't. I was told about 6 times that someone would be calling me about different problems I was having and never recieved one phone call by an agent. No one offered to compensate for this horrendous service and I would never recommend suddenlink to anyone.
