I have been a loyal customer with Suddenlink for years If you want to be manipulated with increases each month and want to spend much time on hold, this is the service for you !!! And there will NOT be any coherent I have an [redacted] credit score, paid Suddenlink on schedule from 2002-2016, and pay $per month for Internet and The Family Package (about channels) They change their bills monthly, and would be glad to share this information with anyoneI have told my friends in Tyler, and throughout East TexasI like the product but am unhappy with having to call monthly regarding an ever increasing bill

We are selling our condo, which required an inspection The buyers realtor selected Liszkay Engineers and they in turn sent a Matthew [redacted] , PE License No [redacted]  State of Ohio Please review our homes MLS# [redacted] listing in which there is a picture of week old brand new stove with an exhaust fan above it WHEN YOU ZOOM IN, YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THAT THERE ARE PUSH BUTTONS ON THE EXHAUST FAN; an off button, fan settings and the light button All in perfect working condition and securely mounted to the cabinet above That is until June 07, when M [redacted] during his inspection attempted to disassemble (or whatever he did) and damaged my exhaust fan After his inspection, my exhaust fan is insecurely hanging by of the screws originally mounted with, the push buttons have been shoved into the housing part of the unit and it was unplugged because somehow he damaged it to the point the lights can not be turned off In his report

I have been a Suddenlink customer for years and have not had any real issues with the business, but recently they have forced me to change my opinion of them. After having an increase in internet service charge, I recently was notified that I was coming close to the data cap on my plan. Like I said before, I have been a customer for years and I had never heard of this data cap. So I did a little research, and as it turns out, the company implemented this data cap recently without so much as an email explaining what they were doing. A shady practice in my opinion. So, now on top of that increased price in service, I have to spend even more to "upgrade" my service plan. What a racket!

They change their bills monthly, and would be glad to share this information with anyone. I have told my friends in Tyler, and throughout East Texas. I like the product but am unhappy with having to call monthly regarding an ever increasing bill.
