Ms. [redacted] ,We value your feed back. Per your request, on June 1st, 2015, we set aside one hour on our Physician's schedule for you to discuss appetite suppressant and to receive a treatment of ***. We offer a variety of weight loss products including [redacted] for appetite suppressant.... You never indicated when you booked your appointment that you specifically wanted the lollipop [redacted] as we would have advised you that we are no offering it, however, we do have the [redacted] in tablets. On your visit, the Physician conducted a medical evaluation, where she reviewed your medical records, took your blood pressure and discussed with you her findings. She explained to you that due to her current findings, she would not be able to prescribe [redacted] to you at this time and advised you to see your primary care physician about the findings. Our front desk advised you correctly that, there is a $50 fee for the Physician's evaluation and time with you. As far as your [redacted] appointment, the Physician indeed quoted you the correct price of $10/unit. However, there is an exclusive special for client's that sign up to receive our newsletter, where if they purchase a certain number of units of [redacted] at their appointment, they would be able to receive the special of $7.99/unit. Our Front Desk team offered to honor that special for you during your visit with us yesterday. Unfortunately, you decided to cancel your [redacted] appointment and not stay for your service.
