Sudlow Concrete, fantastic job. This was not a typical job. An estate home with Close to 10,000 sq. ft. of 20 year old broken and cracked concrete, with a steep grade (hill) to work with. With heavy rains the front yard would flood and their would be signs of moisture in the basement. One of the concerns for home owner was to correct the problems. But it still look good. After a thorough consultation, They listened to concerns and assured us they understood and were headed in the right direction.
They achieved the perfect balance of form and function, the drain they put in works great. Their was a heavy rain the same night job was completed, no flooding of front or moisture in basement. Lastly, the original plans were to do the bottom halve first to control water from heavy rains. And to then do top halve later this year or first of next year. The home owner was very happy with results including price, given what had to be done. That top halve has already been scheduled and done. Again a great job.

The Sudlow Team were prompt, professional and courteous. The work was done within one day and just as we had discussed. It was done with minimal damage to our yard. Special caution was taken to preserve a garden bed wall that is my wife's favorite. I would be glad to recommend The Sudlow Concrete team to anyone looking for quality driveway, sidewalk and steps work at a competitive cost.

Sudlow did an excellent job on my project. They did all they said they would do And on time; removal of old concrete, pull up roots, haul away and clean up.
I now have a new attractive, level concrete driveway and walkway.

We needed a parking pad beside our driveway and new patio behind the house. Bill's estimate was very fair and well under our expected budget. On our workday, Bill showed up with crew right on time and had thorough walk-through of both areas (with crew) to clarify exact boundaries and design. I stayed close by during the job, so was able to answer any questions as they came up. Final result is great-- exactly what we wanted. No more car shuffling in front, and finally a proper site for our 12'x10' screened gazebo out back. [Being clear with your wishes and being present during the work makes all the difference.]

We recently contracted with Sudlow Concrete to replace some crumbling concrete work at our home. Getting a quote and scheduling the project was fast and easy. After the work was done (it took only one day start to finish) we noticed that one part of the project had not turned out as we'd discussed. We were worried that, with the check already cashed, the Sudlow team may not be interested in working with us on this concern. However, we had no need to worry; the company was responsive to our concerns and brainstormed solutions. A couple of weeks later they came out to resolve the issue, and we were very pleased with the outcome!

The crew was very nice, professional, and punctual. The work turned out great. so good that my next door neighbor chose Sudlow for his next project. Bill was very flexible and accommodating.
