I received a response from the business owner who initially asked for an estimated value of my lost clothing. He then advised that he will be reaching out to his partner to and will get back to me. I advised the value of lost clothing at 450.00. He finally responded to ne with an amount of 100.20 and pointed out the conditions on the back of the receipt. I have two issues. Why ask me the value of my lost clothing when you had no intention of paying a reasonable amount to replace them, and also, there was 3+ months of inconvenience, and a complaint to Revdex.com before hearing one word from them. I do understand that they want this to go away but I would like to have my complaint posted on Revdex.com site so that this does not happen to another hard working customer. Thank you for taking the necessary actions which caused the business owners to reach out to me. I will accept the check but at this point am still very upset, hurt and not satisfied with the resolve of $100.20.
