Suds up Car Wash

I have taken my car a few times to their carwash and last time I took it was on 2/23/2018, they have a pretty good service the guy was presoaking the car with a brush, usually they do the front or sides or only back, this time he did the whole car I was very happy I left him a tip for the work, but after getting home and looking at my car I noticed that actually has been scratched all the clear coat of the paint, this is a brand new car and I have only washed it at this carwash since I bought itI spoke to the owner *** M*** (XXX) XXX-XXXX and he asked me to stop by the carwash and show it to Dustin Biggs (XXX) XXX-XXXX the manager at the shop so I went and show him the car after he saw the car they said their brushes cost $each and they wouldn't do thatThen *** came and saw the car he said bring it on Sunday 03/11/because it's going to be raining through the week and I get one of the guys to put a Maguire's to find it, during the week after looking at the weather
