This is a very poorly run businessThe owner, Ann, is extremely rude and does not maintain her equipmentA known problem with one of her machines ruined a very nice blanket of mine and another woman's clothesWhen I confronted her about this she blamed it on me for not checking how the machine was workingShe did not want to resolve the problem or make her customer happyShe should close this business since she is not doing right by her customers and I would strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere

This is a very poorly run business. The owner, Ann, is extremely rude and does not maintain her equipment. A known problem with one of her machines ruined a very nice blanket of mine and another woman's clothes. When I confronted her about this she blamed it on me for not checking how the machine was working. She did not want to resolve the problem or make her customer happy. She should close this business since she is not doing right by her customers and I would strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere.
