I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The offer that the [redacted] made is by letting me pay for the mistakes that was causing by him. I'm not accepting the offer.  I'm Sue Printing's regular customer, I have used their services about 2 years now. [redacted] is first time do my menu before was somebody else. All I asked [redacted] this time is just updating the prices in my menu, nothing changes and same layouts. I have mentioned to him ([redacted]) 10,000 copies total,  5,000 with coupon and 5,000 without coupon all the layout should be the same as usual, he ([redacted]) reply to me that he knows and all my old files are in the computer. I don't know how difficult is for him just to update my menu prices and not to change anything. I'm so disappointed when I told him ([redacted]) the 5,000 copies of the menu without the coupon is not what I wanted or like my old ones, he blamed on me by saying that he had told me or email me the proof, which is proof by me. I have never seem or heard the proof. I will like to solve this problem either [redacted] reprint my 5,000 menu without coupon correctly or my money back.

Well, I think [redacted] knows What I Meant and don't want to fix the problem.  I have been email, filed complaint, and call Su Printing regarding the misprinted of my 5,000 NO COUPON MENU, Now he ([redacted] ) ask me "WHATS MY POINT?" What a shame!!!  The email proof that Su Printing sent me to prove it is NOT WHAT THEY PRINT!!! I need them to reprint the 5,000 and make the corrections. Su Printing just want to SHIRK the mistake to me ( the customer). This is very bad reputation for the business. This is the end of my business with Su Printing.  I hope in the future people can consider my case and choose a good credibility company to work with. NEVER SU PRINTING.

Review: I am a old customer of Sue Printing. The person named [redacted] took care of my project for menus for my business. We talked about printing 10,000 menus. 5,000 with coupons and 5,000 menus without coupons. I approved the menu"s style and pricing when he emailed me the final menu that was to be printed. I approved this menu, and when the product came out it was drastically different from the menu that was emailed to me for final approval. The menus I order with coupons (5,000 of them) were without coupons and is visible that their has been a malfunction when cutting the menus, therefore cutting the coupons off of the menus. The menus appear to be cut uneven not straight, and without coupons. We complained to the sales person [redacted], asking for a reprint for 2 boxes that had menus with problems, and he said he would not do anything. First, he did not acknowledge his mistake and blamed me, telling me that I had to repurchase the menus. Second, he said he did not care and said that I can go complain. I am very unsatisfied and want my money back or reprint the menus for me. They have made a mistake in the past and I forgave them even though they did not acknowledge their mistake. This is the second time and I am very dissatisfied with their behavior once again.Desired Settlement: I want the menus that have been mistaken for them to reprint the menus for me. Or I will get a refund.
