Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Belfor did contact us stating that they were not responsible for no internet in the unit They claim they use c clips but according to [redacted] vreport and an independent electrician, the problem IS with the cable inside the wall Belfor also told us our warranty was up as it will be years in the unit, when in fact it has not even been years which is within the warranty period Since they incorrectly stated this, they refuse to look into the issue and the GM will not return our calls We are at a standstill as we were told by Access Managemet that it IS Belfors responsibilityWhile we have already stated that we disagree with all of Belfor's statements They are false We would gladly welcome the opportunity to meet with you and Belfor to state our case and provide proof of what Belfor disputes in their response We are one unit owner that has displaced from our residence for over 1/years continuing having to pay taxes, mortgage and association fees, going against a major corporation that simply will not stand behind their work warranty/ guarantee Thank you for your consideration [redacted] and [redacted]

On or about March 23, 2018, BELFOR and an electrician visited the complainant's property and conducted further testing of the cable and electrical systems. An issue was identified and repaired. The complaint has been resolved

Please accept
the following as BELFOR’s response to Revdex.com Complaint ID #***. BELFOR personnel have been in communication with
the complainant both before and after January regarding the condominium
unit. BELFOR has requested information
about whether cable and internet
service were ever active in the unit or if service
had never been active, and did not receive a response from the unit’s residents. BELFOR personnel communicated with *** to
ascertain the nature of the issue, and upon information and belief were
informed that there was an outstanding balance on the *** account
associated with this unit. It is unclear
whether this outstanding balance has any correlation with the loss of service,
but it appears that service was active for at least some time between the end
of BELFOR’s work at the unit and January 2018.
Upon information and belief, *** determined that a possible cause
could be a staple puncturing the electrical wiring. However, BELFOR does not use staples for
electrical wiring, but rather uses C clamps that do not puncture the cable. Moreover, BELFOR has received no other
complaints about cable or internet service interruption from other unit owners
Without further
evidence that the service interruption was caused by BELFOR’s work, BELFOR cannot take any further action at this time. BELFOR will continue to work with the
complainant should any evidence of any issue with BELFOR’s work be raised. BELFOR is eager to work with the complainant
and the Revdex.com to bring this matter to resolution
